Main features of the procedure : The procurement includes the following cell culturing plastic: Cell culture bottles, cell culture dishes and cell culture plates Cell scraper Erlenmeyer bottle, plastic Sterile filtering units Cell Strainer 5mL tubes with Cell strainer spray filters, Cell counting Chamber Procurement includes the following media, buffers and additions: Basal cell culturing media: RPMI 1640, DMEM/F12, DMEM, Modified MEM, MEM, Leibovitz L-15, Medium 199, McCoy 5a, IMDM, Hams F12 and MCDB 131 medium.
