Description : Bærum municipality invites tenderers to a market dialogue for a planned procurement of a framework agreement for the procurement of basic software licences and software maintenance and accompanying services. The agreement is planned to include both existing and future licences within the areas included in the requirement specifications for Bærum municipality. The framework agreement is also planned to include support and consultancy services for the licence portfolio for Bærum municipality ́s IT department (IT Service delivery), as well as the services provided by THE IT service. The contracting authority has planned to enter into a framework agreement with a tenderer in order to ensure a combined and effective management, advice and support for the basic licence portfolio. There are expectations in the contract for strategic assistance for the procurement and maintenance of licences and negotiation support if needed. Tenderers are invited to a joint short information meeting in Kommunegården in Sandvika for information on the coming planned procurement 23.04.2025, 09:00 - 10.00. Tenderers who are interested in a short 1:1 meeting with Bærum kommune can register their interest. 1:1 meetings will be held on the same day (23.04.2025). If there are more registered participants than we have set aside time for, an extra day will be set aside for 1:1 meetings. Tenderers can inform and/or ask questions to the Customer at the 1:1 meeting. After the meeting the tenderers who participate in the market dialogue will receive parts of the draft for the tender documentation for a planned competition, so that they can provide input on the tender documentation before the competition is announced.
