Description : The aim of the procurement is to ensure that the agency ́s need for clearing and maintenance work on municipal property is safeguarded. The current contract shall be concluded when the contract expires 31.12.2025, without the options being triggered, and it is therefore necessary to enter into a new contract with start 01.01.2026. A framework agreement for clearing and maintenance work contributes to a more efficient management of the properties and will therefore support EBY's social assignment connected to the management of municipal property. In addition to including clearing and removal of waste from municipal properties and buildings, the contract will also include small maintenance assignments that do not require special trade certificates. The contracting authority intends to enter into a contract with three tenderers. It is a prerequisite that there are a sufficient number of suitable tenderers and tenders. Distribution of fixed assignments as well as ongoing orders will be attempted to be distributed in value equally between the tenderers during the contract period. Based on the Agency for Real Estate and Urban Renewal ́s varying properties, there are large variations in the annual consumption and EBY is not obliged to place orders for either the estimated amount or the upper framework of the agreement.
