The overall project will include:- • Delivery of c.600 residential units in two phases (houses and apartments with mixed social/affordable/cost rental tenure) • The provision of access roads and associated infrastructure including ESB sub-stations as required • The provision of public open spaces including play areas, new pedestrian and cycle connections • Residential parking bays • Connection to public utilities • All associated site works
