The Framework Agreement will be established for a period of four (4) years, subject to satisfactory annual performance and review, budgetary constraints and government policy. It is anticipated that the Framework Agreement will be established with a maximum of eight to ten (8-10) operators, subject to the receipt of a sufficient number of valid tenders. As and when a service requirement falling within the scope of the framework agreement arises, Dublin City Council will conduct a mini-tender competition amongst the Framework members to determine the successful tenderer for that call-off contract. Framework members will be entitled to due consideration for all call-off contracts awarded under this Framework. However no guarantee can be given that any call-off contract will be awarded to any given member within the Framework.
