Main features of the procedure : The procurement concerns a framework agreement for the delivery of water related safety and survival courses for the Norwegian Armed Forces personnel, with particular emphasis on the Norwegian Air Force's need for helicopter safety and survival in water. One contract will be signed with one tenderer, with a duration of four years and an option for an extension for up to 3 years. The agreement includes: Basic course in helicopter security and survival in water Repetition courses in helicopter security and survival in water Adapted courses as agreed with the Contracting AuthorityEventual other water related training and testing of equipment as needed Courses shall be carried out in the Oslo region and must be offered with the accompanying facilities such as pool, simulators, instructors, as well as options for boarding and any lodging. The training shall cover both surface and underwater operations, with simulation of dark, waves and the use of personal equipment. The estimated total value of the framework agreement is NOK 35 million (excluding VAT), with a maximum value of NOK 40 million (excluding VAT).
