Description : Documentation: Complete Annex 3 Price and Product Form. The contracting authority weights the fixed price element for insurance in the price form 85% and the option price is 15%. Tenderers will get a combined score for the entire criterium and not divided between the two different price elements due to the contracting authority ́s confidentiality obligation, cf. the Public Administration Act § 13 first section 2. The price items will be evaluated independently of each other, i.e. a tenderer can get 10 points on a fixed price and 5 points on the option price. The combined score will then be (10 * 0.85) + (5* 0.15))*0.3 = 2.78 points.

Description : The award criterium Quality, assignment comprehension and methodology will be assessed in the evaluation according to the following conditions: - Tenderers shall describe in the tender what the tenderer sees as important elements in a county/municipal insurance and how these will be safeguarded by collecting tenders for insurance. Insurances for employees, pupils, nursery children and other children, buildings, vehicles, liability and travel insurances shall be referred to. - Tenderers shall in the tender describe insurance systems that minimise the need for reporting and updating of persons and things covered by the insurance, both by collecting tenders and during the insurance period. - Tenderers shall describe how communication with the contracting authority is intended in the contract period. This also includes all assistance with following up damage cases from when they occur until they are ended. - Tenderers shall describe the extent/limitations of additional assistance connected to the requirement specifications point 11 and the option. - Tenderers shall provide access to a demo version of electronic systems with real data in the evaluation period for evaluating the degree of detail in the database, overviews, reports and reports, forms, claims etc. The list is not exhaustive. The Contracting Authority will evaluate the systems functionality and user friendliness. - Tenderers can use Annex 2 to collect responses at the above mentioned point. See annex 2 for limitations on the number of pages that tenderers can submit.
