As the Authority continues to experience significant growth, the establishment of formalised processes and policies has become increasingly critical. Implementing clear frameworks is essential to support efficient operations, promote transparent communication, reinforce accountability at all levels, and ensure full compliance with the regulatory functions mandated to the Authority. The urgency of this need cannot be overstated, as the current absence of well-defined procedures and policies is already having a noticeable negative impact on the Authority’s productivity and operational management. Without immediate action, these inefficiencies may escalate, further hindering the Authority’s ability to fulfil its responsibilities effectively and maintain public trust. The regulation and sub-clause in terms of which this procedure can be considered refers to Article 154.(1) (c) of S.L.601.03.
