However, the Contracting Party expects more from the partners than just providing capacity, as they should understand and convey the objectives and strategy of the IT & Data departments within the Contracting Party as mentioned in Appendix 1a and be able to deliver real business value for the Contracting Party. In addition, the partners shall make a concrete contribution to realizing the strategy of the IT & Data departments with their knowledge and expertise.
