Description : For the qualitative award criterion "Quality", the best tender is given the highest point score (10), the other tenders will be given a point score in relation to the best tender that represents the relevant differences. A judgemental assessment will be made. The responses that are considered to have the greatest value for the contracting authority will be given the highest number of points. The offered landscape architect ́s qualifications and experience are of great importance for the execution of the contract and are therefore suitable for identifying the best relationship between price and quality. The assessment will put positive emphasis on the offered fixed landscape architect ́s education, experience and selected reference assignments of particular relevance for the execution of the contract. The contracting authority will place the greatest emphasis on the three selected reference assignments. In assessing the reference assignments, variation in the type of assignment will be positively emphasised.
