Main features of the procedure : The procurement is covered by the Public Procurement Act (LOV-2016-06-17-73), and the Regulations on Procurement Regulations in the Supply Sector (Utilities Regulations) (FOR-2016-08-12-975). Canteen services are a particular service in accordance with the Utilities Regulations Part III - Procurements for special services and health and social services. The competition will therefore be held as a competition in one stage, with an option for negotiation in accordance with the regulations part III. In accordance with the Utilities Regulations § 5-2 (2), the procurement has been announced in the Doffin/TED base. Please note that the competition is announced in the Doffin/TED database as an open tender contest. The reason for this is the limitations in Avinor ́s digital competition tool (Tendsign). Other information about renewals : The contracts for Oslo Airport Gardermoen and Bodø Airport underway services have the possibility of extensions for 2+2+1 years. The contract for oslo inspection centre Røyken is planned to start in summer 2027 and it will have an initial duration until 31.12.2028, and thereafter there is an option for extensions equivalent to the other two locations. All contracts can run until 31.12.2032 when all extensions are triggered.
