The GNI Facilities and Security Team would like to engage with suppliers in the market with expertise in the Design, Installation, Maintenance and Remote Monitoring of Security Systems. The site security system requirements will vary from simple building intruder detection systems to complex integrated solutions with intruder detection, CCTV, access control and other security related systems. The requirement is to take advantage of the integration of systems, both at a site level and between sites to realise opportunities for a best in class control environment, operating efficiencies and cost savings. The scope of work shall include but not be limited to the following scope of services: Maintenance & monitoring of existing security systems in the GNI portfolio Decommissioning and disposal of existing security related assets Design, supply, installation, commissioning, maintenance of upgraded and new security system including the execution of the role of PSDP and PSCS for these projects: Intruder alarm systems CCTV systems Fence detection Perimeter Intruder Detection (PID’s) Access control systems for non-commercial buildings Other security related systems as required ARC & Site Monitoring - Delivering Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC) to GNI including remote site access control and the remote arming and disarming of sites using latest capabilities and technologies. Ability to provide trunking and containment works including providing system connections to main supply, including all the certifications etc. Smart Locks maintenance and monitoring is a requirement Projects - surveys sites, analyses risks and threats, develops and agrees design, and then supplies, installs, commissions, tests, maintains and operates the equipment across multiple sites. Hardware and Software –Works with GNI Security Subject Matter Expert to select suitable equipment for each site taking into consideration durability, robustness, vandal-proof, scalability, quality of manufacture / EU compliance, warranties, integration between equipment, open protocol / open source code, technological obsolescence, software updates, client remote monitoring, service continuity during failure, decommissioning and end of life use / disposal. Provide adequate resources available 24/7/365, for installation and maintenance purposes, across the geographical regions noted in Current Regional Structure below.
