The identified beneficiaries include the National Police of Ukraine, the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine, the State Customs Service of Ukraine, and the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine. In line with EU best practices, this tender consolidates the supply of various goods required by these institutions into a single procurement procedure. This approach ensures a streamlined process, reduces administrative burden, and enables a more predictable and efficient supply chain, thereby enhancing the overall support to Ukraine’s civilian security sector reform.
