Justification for the accelerated procedure :
Main features of the procedure : As a starting point, subscriptions should be the same for all units, but it may be desirable to have options for additional channels, provided that this can be solved practically and cost efficiently. Such additional costs must, if any, be covered by the user and invoiced directly from the chosen tenderer. All buildings must be cabled and this shall be included in the establishment cost. We would like one connection box per flat, placed by the TV. The box must provide both TV signal and wireless internet (WiFi) in the relevant unit. Åmot municipality envisages an phasing in accordance with the signing of the contract and technical availability in the different buildings. A detailed progress plan can be prepared after the tenderer has been chosen. We would like to be fully operational by 01.09.2025.
