We plan to enter into a contract with GE Healthcare AS for the delivery of FDG (Fluorodeoxyglucose) without holding a normal tender contest. The basis for this notice of intent is as follows: - Only supplier: GE Healthcare AS is the only supplier of FDG in Norway and there are no alternative suppliers who can offer the same product. - Critical need: FDG is essential for diagnosing and treatment of patients, and continual access is necessary to maintain the hospital's services. Time sensitivity: Due to the acute need for FDG, it is not practical to hold a full tender contest that can delay delivery. Legal basis: In accordance with the public procurement regulations § 21-5, we intend to enter into this contract directly with GE Healthcare AS without announcing the competition.
