The engineering design, management, procurement, transportation, construction, installation, testing, commissioning, and handover of a single-shaft, combined-cycle gas turbine power plant, including (but not limited to) the following main elements: • Gas turbine package, capable of primary operation on natural gas and and Hydro-treated Vegetable Oil as a back-up (compliant with BS EN 15940 Class A) in combined cycle operation with a net power output in the region of 400-600MWe. • Steam turbine package, including all associated pipework & valves, full-load bypass, drains, drains tanks • Generator package, including cooling system. • Heat Recovery Steam Generator (HRSG), including all drains, drains tanks, drums, valves, tanks, feedwater systems • Provision for future SCR retro-fit within the HRSG. • Air-Cooled Condenser • Auxiliary fin-fan coolers • Auxiliary boiler • Borehole water abstraction • Raw water, fire water, potable water and demineralized water storage and systems • Demineralized water treatment plant • Fuel storage tanks • Fuel Polishing System required to improve and maintain fuel quality from supply specification to required GT specification, • Gas Turbine Fuel Gas Supply Skid • Gas Turbine Fuel Oil Supply Skid • Gas Turbine Drains System • Gas Turbine Compressor Water Wash Skid and Drains Receiving Tank. • GT Demineralised Water Supply Skid (if required). • NOx abatement (if required) to meet Industrial Emission Directive (IED) requirements for combined cycle gas turbines using natural gas. • Refer to Air Emissions report as part of the planning application for in depth details on emissions limits. • Flue gas stack including continuous emission monitoring system, platform and access stairway. • Power island control systems. • Overall Control System (distributed control system) for the wider plant. • Backup power supply, • Uninterruptable Power Supply (UPS) and battery systems • Generator Step-Up (Grid) Transformer • Auxiliary Transformers where required. • Plant wide Fire Detection and Protection System, including firefighting medium storage. • Compressed air and instrumentation air systems • Chemical Storage Tanks and associated bunds (if required) • Chemical forwarding skids (if required) • Road tanker fuel offloading capable of unloading two tankers simultaneously • Central Control Room, including offices, server rooms, welfare facilities, meeting rooms, light stores • Septic (Waste) Water Tank • Utility Services • Electrical HV connection to point of connection within EirGrid HV Compound. • Foundations for all Plant items and buildings • Concrete plinths suitable for major plant equipment items • Concrete bunds • Drainage System • Internal site roads including laybys for fuel and chemical offloading pipework systems • Onsite roadways & parking • Landscaping • Civil Works • Site entrance including deceleration lane • Site Security & Fencing • All buildings indicated on the planning drawing documentation • Waste water treatment plant • Site Establishment including construction compounds, construction laydown areas, welfare facilities, construction management offices, temporary roads. Following the completion of any call offs the Contracting Entity will sign a contract with the EPC and a separate contract for the LTSA with the OEM included in the EPC’s tender submission.
