II.2.4) Description of the procurement:

The objective of this procurement procedure is to conclude a concession contract in the sense of Article 2 (14) of the EU Financial Regulation with the selected service provider, covering the operation and management of the canteen at the EUAA premises in Malta. The financial return for the operation of the EUAA canteen will consist of the revenues collected from the customers, with all the risks associated with the operation being borne by the contractor. The revenue will depend solely on the customers’ decision for using the canteen services and there is no guarantee on the side of EUAA on any minimum volumes/revenue under the contract.
