Justification for the intention notice: In order to maintain optimum conditions for biological material at all different stages of the IVF process, the department has a considerable selection of equipment and work stations, all of which are carefully calibrated to ensure stable and optimum temperatures. In addition the department uses two EmbryoScopes, where the dishes can only be delivered by Vitrolife. It is decisive that the dishes used through different laboratory processes are compatible with each other and ensure a uniform temperature distribution, independent of procedure, dish type, instrument or heat plate. There are also strict requirements regarding the dishes ́ design with regard to ID control. The procurement ́s absolute requirements are: • The dishes must have a dedicated area for fastening ID • The dedicated area for ID marking must belong to the actual dish and not be placed on the lid • The ID shall be readable without lifting the dish or lid. • All dishes must be offered from the same supplier. • One of the dishes must contain five wells. • The dishes shall be in a uniform manner so that they will achieve the same temperature when placed on the heating plate. • The dishes must be compatible with each other as they shall be able to be used interchangeably at different work stations/instruments. • The dishes must be designed so that the wells and the area between the wells are in direct contact with the heating plate. • The dishes must be compatible with the Embryoscope+ bowls from Vitrolife.
