Description : Tenderers shall prepare a maximum contract comprehension of 2,000 words. Illustrations and pictures are not included in the word border. The document shall show how the assignment is planned and carried out, including: The suitability of the team: Tenderers shall present key personnel who shall cover the following disciplines: project management, architecture, area planning and landscape architecture.
