Description
:
The subject of the amendment is to: a. allow the performance of the site adaptations (civil works and related site documentation updates) required to finalise the preparation of the site for IAR2 milestone on the basis of the antenna ICD ([CFI-2] of the Contract), as the price quoted for this activity by the Hosting Entity is above 60,000 EUR threshold established in SoW EGN-RIMSV3-SOW-0.4-020 and therefore has to be carried out through an amendment; b. increase the budget for the ‘Maximum engineering support and miscellaneous site adaptations; c. align the maximum price of Stage 2 and Stage 3 with their updated duration based on the completion schedule of Stage 1 and the update of the deployment schedule by Airbus Defence and Space (ADS).

The amendment fulfills the conditions of Art. 172.3-b FR. Amendment 2 to CSP GSA/NP/18/18/Lot2 for the increase of the budget for the ‘Maximum engineering support and miscellaneous site adaptations’ with the needs of the project and alignment of the maximum price of Stage 2 and Stage 3 with their updated duration for a total value of 289.284,00 EUR. The original contract value was 734,908.00 EUR, the updated contract value after Amd 2 is 1,024,192.00 EUR.
