This contract will be responsible for the further engineering design of the heat plant based on what is attached to this enquiry. Other contracts will redevelop and renovate the building in the period where this contract completes its engineering design, so that it will be ready for the installation and assembly of the deliveries of this sub-contract. The contractor will be responsible for fabrication of pipe and steel works, in addition the contract includes the procurement of a number of components such as pumps, valves and heat exchangers, as well as the complete delivery of HVAC installations for both the building and the incineration system for the oil boilers. The contract period is estimated from Q1 2025 to Q2 2028.

Main features of the procedure : The delivery in the turnkey contract includes a complete delivery that includes, among other things, the following main activities (not comprehensive) :P rosjektering og layout pipes, mechanical, HVAC and electro. Engineering design services for mezzanine, stairs and secondary steel for pipe hung. Delivery and assembly of a heat plant with electromechanical equipment, pipe systems, insulation of pipes, tanks and necessary steel structures (mezzanine stairs and pipe suspension) etc. Delivery and installation of electrical cabinets, electronic components as well as cabling, including CRM. Responsible for filling all the pipe installations and participate in commissioning. The replacement of the existing flue gas pipes in the lighthouse ́s chimney competition will be carried out as a turnkey contract under NS8407:2011 General contract provisions for turnkey contracts, with Hafslund Celsio ́s additions and changes. The competition will be held as a two stage tender contest with a prequalification phase and tender phase, negotiations and a revised tender deadline.
