This wastewater is carried by wastewater tankers (bowsers) and is currently being discharged into the sewer system. This pilot plant is meant to test the possibility of creating a dedicated drop off point for these wastewater tankers so to ensure that all such catering-related wastewaters are treated prior to discharge to the sewer system.
