The review shall assess alternative solutions for the different artists groups and whether the pension scheme can be replaced with a scheme where instead performance will be given over a certain period of restructuring when employees end their working conditions at DNO&B. In addition the review shall map pension regulations and any restructuring schemes in the area in other Nordic and possibly other relevant European countries. The review shall form the basis for assessing changes in the pension scheme for the different artist groups, as well as possible transitional arrangements and adaptations after the pension reform. The final delivery deadline for the contract is 30.09.26. The estimated value of the procurement is from NOK 1,500,000 excluding VAT to NOK 2,000,000 excluding VAT.
