Title : Organ Blood Flow Monitoring Equipment and Associated Consumables, Maintenance and Support at St Vincent's University Hospital (SVUH)
Description : Instructions: Tenderers must make their submission in a single .ZIP file, so as to avoid corruption of individual filenames of the files uploaded. SVUH welcomes requests for clarification/additional information during the relevant deadline. Summary of scope: SVUH carries out up to 66 Liver Transplants a year and up to 8 Pancreas Transplants a year, with clear planning to increase these volumes. We also operate on hundreds of complex cancer cases a year that require post-operative High Dependency Unit (HDU) level care. SVUH requires a clinically recommended piece of equipment to be used during surgery to check a patient’s blood flow measurements through the major vessels that have been operated on prior to closing up surgically, ensuring improved patient outcomes and increased safety levels. SVUH is seeking a solution for surgeons to measure transit flow time in the hepatic arteries and portal veins intraoperatively especially in Liver Transplants and other Hepatobiliary surgery. Required at a minimum: user-friendly interface with all updates, integrated printer, reusable consumables for the duration of the resulting contract, post-warranty aftersales customer support and comprehensive maintenance. Specifically, in summary, the Goods (primary) and Services (secondary) comprise of: Provision of a complete solution for Organ Blood Flow Monitoring; which will include with itemised costing, all auxiliary supplies and services that may be required i.e., equipment, delivery, installation and commissioning, training as needed, manuals and instructions, reusable consumables, (including third party equipment or consumables when original equipment or consumables do not meet the acceptable performance standards), warranty, ongoing preventative and reactive maintenance after the initial warranty period, customer support, wash solutions, filters, controls, peripherals, printers, cables, interfacing, all available firmware and software updates, necessary firmware and software upgrades, battery or batteries, spare parts parts (non-exhaustive list, with the maximum possible lifespan of any equipment in mind).
