Main features of the procedure
:
The procurement will be made in accordance with the Public Procurement Act of 17 June 2016 (the Procurement Act) and the Public Procurement Regulations (procurement regulations) FOR 2016-08-12-974, parts I and IV. The tender contest is published in Doffin and TED. The contracting authority reserves the right to award the framework agreement without having contact with tenderers beyond making any minor clarifications/corrections of the tenders. Negotiations can, however, be carried out if the contracting authority, after the tenders have been received, considers it appropriate. The selection will, in such cases, be made after an evaluation of the tender offer in accordance with the award criteria. Emphasis is put on the fact that no tenderers can expect a dialogue on their tender and must, therefore, submit their best tender.

There must be a 24 hour consulting service. The service shall cover the whole world, 24 hours a day and every day of the year. Personnel at the centre shall be able to provide proper medical advice, assess whether necessary treatment can be given on site, whether it is necessary to arrange transport to the nearest proper treatment place or to the Norway.
