St. Olavs Hospital HF, Department of Medical Microbiology, intends to enter into (expand) a "price". a per published reply" contract with Roche Diagnostics Norway AS. The contract is intended to be valid from 01.01.2026. The reason for this is: Significantly improved utilisation of the capacity of another existing instrument on the band by moving the screening analyses to Cobas pro. Operational stability will be emphasised. Reduce the need for personnel resources by operating 1 analysis platform instead of 2. Saved operational costs by running a system less. Free up space on the TLA (currently completely full on the band, not space to be able to connect new instruments on) A greater degree of automation by being able to connect new analysis instruments if space is freed. Analyses that are currently analysed on the Stand-alone instrument can be integrated in the total automation system. Free up an area in the Laboratory Centre. Absolute requirements: The instruments shall be connected to the existing band. Communication Instrument – TLA – Beaker shall be maintained. Contract form: PPT - Price per published answer Reagents (including controls and calibrators), instrument, service shall be included in the price. The analyses shall be analysed on the same system. Extent. Anti-HAV Anti-SEA IgM Anti-HBc Anti-HBs Anti-HCV CMV IgG CMV IgM EBV EBNA IgG EBV IgM EBV VCA IgG HBsAg HIV Duo Rubella IgG Syphilis Toxo IgG Toxo IgM Summary. Moving the analyses will result in: • Improved capacity • Reduces personnel costs • Reduce operational costs. • Free up capacity on the current automation band (TLA). • Allows integration of 'stand alone' analyses in TLA • Releasing area. We are therefore choosing to make the procurement through an intention notice. The terms for direct procurement in accordance with the public procurement regulations § 13-4 first section, letter b no. 3 and C are, thus, fulfilled.
