In September 2024 a "Request for Information" (RFI) was carried out to examine the market for a web application that can contribute to better interaction between municipal health and care services and county dental health services. The application you wanted should contribute to improving both the administrative interaction, as well as the patient-oriented. Through RFI we received only feedback from one tenderer of such an application, dental health help from DentaApps AS. It is stated in the Public Procurement Regulations § 13-4, letter b., that the contracting authority can hold a procurement without competition if the procurements apply for services that only a specific tenderer can deliver because "competition is impossible for technical reasons". The contracting authority deems that the consideration behind the provision § 13-4, letter b., is taken care of. Anska KO, the joint procurement organisation for the counties of Akershus, Buskerud and Østfold, will hereby inform you that we intend to enter into an agreement with DentaApps AS for the interaction tool Dental Health Help. The contract period is one (1) year and thereafter 3 months notice of termination prior to the renewal date. Deadline for any appeals/objections to the intention notice is within ten days from the publication date. After this, the counties will enter into a contract with DentaApps AS.
