The competition is for the delivery of a framework agreement for ICT equipment, including: PCs, tablets, mobile telephones, monitors and other related equipment to the final user. Hosting services/Computer centre services Audio visual equipment and complete systems connected to, for example, meeting rooms, classrooms, municipal hall, auditorium etc., including: Related services such as consultancy, design, acoustics, lighting, assembly, installation, support and other associated services are also a part of the need. System for return of used ICT equipment Licence management of, for example, Microsoft, Citrix, VMWare and Adobe licences, as well as other relevant software, including, among other things, licence consulting, leasing and maintenance of licences, software and licence audits, assistance with changes, as well as other natural assignments associated with licence administration. Consultancy, project management and consultancy services connected to the following competence areas (not exhaustively): Information and performance architecture Use of technology, automation, artificial intelligence and how this can be used to streamline work processes in the IT area. Information security, security architecture Microsoft cloud services, implementation, optimisation and network design Administration of clients/devices/servers Operational competence connected to local computer room, network and backup. Participants in the procurement: Årdal and Lærdal municipalities The procurement ́s value is estimated to: NOK 10,000,000 excluding VAT per annum. The maximum value for the entire contract period, including any options and expected price rise: NOK 70,000,000 excluding VAT. The need is uncertain. The volume can vary both up and down and the contract period will depend on, among other things, the contracting authority ́s needs, activities, budgetary situations and other framework factors. The competition will be held in accordance with the Public Procurement Act from 17 June 2016 no. 73 (LOA), with the accompanying regulations of 12 August 2016 no. 974 (FOA), as well as the provisions in this tender documentation. The competition will be held as TED - Open tender contest in accordance with the regulations Parts I and III. All interested tenderers can submit tenders for this type of procedure. Negotiations are not allowed. The procurement is announced in the DOFFIN and TED database.
