To address these challenges, TenneT Germany is implementing a modern, integrated HR Core System and Payroll System, alongside an HR Service Platform. These systems will communicate in real time and connect with existing solutions, streamlining HR operations and supporting future growth. Lot 1 – HR Core System & Payroll System: This lot focuses on the implementation of a modern and integrated HR Core System alongside a new Payroll System. The goal is to provide stable, user-friendly solutions that replace fragmented, outdated HR-IT systems and ensure seamless, real-time communication between HR and payroll processes. Lot 2 – HR Service Platform:  centers on introducing an HR Service Platform designed to connect effortlessly with the new HR Core and Payroll System. This platform aims to streamline HR operations, reduce manual effort, and enhance employee support by integrating with existing systems such as SAP HCM.
