The procurement will be made in accordance with the Public Procurement Act of 17 June 2016 (LOA) and the Public Procurement Regulations (FOA) FOR 2016-08-12-974 parts I and part II. The contract will be awarded in accordance with the open tender contest procedure, cf. FOA § 8-3. The contracting authority needs to establish a new framework agreement for legal services. The competition is covered by the Act of 2016-06-17-73 on public procurements with the accompanying regulations (FOA). Parts I and Part II will be used hereunder. The contract will be awarded in accordance with the open tender contest procedure, c.f. the Public Procurement Regulations §8-3. See annex II of the Public Procurement Regulations for special services in addition to this; CPV Code 79100000-79140000 legal services.
