The Tender Procedure is conducted using a negotiated procedure with prior call for competition in accordance with the Utilities Directive Article 47. This means that only pre-qualified candidates are invited to submit tenders. Lokaltog will invite a maximum of three (3) Tenderers to submit tenders. The contract is awarded to the Tenderer who submits the most economically advantageous tender, following the award criteria outlined in Clause 17 of the tender conditions.
