Other justification : It must be the same supplier/same type of cabinets that have already been installed in the new building and where the cupboards shall function together with the existing framework agreement on consumables for this type of cabinet. This applies to products from the Scan Module that only have one supplier and where we deem that the procurement regulations § 13-4 b) 2 will be used. In addition it is urgent to have the cabinets delivered and assembled and filled in, as it must be delivered and installed well before the start of the new hospital in Stavanger and at the latest by 26 September 2025.
