We are now publishing a hearing where we want feedback on parts of the tender documentation from the supplier market prior to the announcement of the competition for Lot 1 and Sub area 2.Vi would like feedback on whether requirements are unreasonable, unclear or include errors, and whether there are generally other conditions that are unclear or unreasonable in the requirement specifications or annexes. We ask tenderers to be particularly aware of the formulations of minimum requirements, as a lack of fulfilment of these can lead to rejection. Tenderers are asked to look specifically at the requirement for solution proposals (requirement M.4.4 in tab 4. General requirements) and what shall be included in the equipment etc. in the solution proposal. We would like feedback on whether all the elements included in the solution proposal actually have room within the available area. Deadline for feedback: 24.10.2025, 12:00. Please note that there can be changes in all competition documents before the competition is published and that any questions and input as a general rule will not be answered.
