Description : The contracting authority will evaluate the system ́s quality and user friendliness. It is important for the Contracting Authority that the system is intuitive, has a high degree of automated work processes, has good integrations and is technologically future orientated. As a part of the basis for the evaluation of quality and user friendliness, the Contracting Authority will invite tenderers to a demonstration of the functionality and user friendliness of the System. This will be carried out in a meeting with a duration of approx. 6.5 hours (09.00 - 15.30). The tenderer's demonstration can last up to 90 minutes per discipline. The subject groups are the following: Accounts and invoices Wages and HR Generally The contracting authority will, well before the meeting, inform about which user stories shall be demonstrated.
