On foot of this procurement procedure South East Technological University (the ‘ Contracting Authority’) seeks to award a Contract for the provision of Lot 1 Architect Led Integrated Design Team (IDT) and Lot 2 Project Manager Led Project Controls Team (PCT) via a two stage, restricted competition for the proposed Pharmacy and Veterinary Medicine Project (the 'Project').
