The RTB requires the development of a future Workforce Plan and Organisational Review to enable the organisation to deliver on its strategic objectives and to ensure that the RTB is adequately resourced to do so. The RTB is hoping to work with consultants from various disciplines which may include general consultancy, legal services, information governance and financial advisory services.
