One of the key aims of the project is to deliver quality social housing that provides passive supervision and active frontage to an improved public realm. Dublin City Council is seeking to establish a Multi-Party Framework Agreement for Fire Safety and Disability Access Consultancy Services for Dublin City Council Housing Development projects to deliver the Residential Development at Berryfield Drive project (as the initial call-off contract). The framework duration will be for four (4) years. The number of applicants invited to the tender stage will be the top eight (8) scoring applicants, subject to that number of admissible applications being received.
