Main features of the procedure : Kristiansand municipality would like a fixed main resource as well as the necessary support resources (energy management including other disciplines) that shall assist with energy management services. The main resource will work closely with employees at Eiendom.We would like the offered resources to be enterprising, innovative, results orientated, self-propelled, experienced, professionally strong and co-operative. In addition to the points listed below, the offered resources will be given responsibility for overall thinking and result in cooperation with Property, and will have an important role in the municipality's energy work in general. Kristiansand municipality ́s quality system shall be monitored when carrying out the assignment.
