Additional information : NEXUS is an interdisciplinary research infrastructure within Tampere University. NEXUS includes several high-quality research laboratories with the latest available equipment enabling research involving behavioral and psychophysiological measurements and use of Extended Reality. The fNIRS system will be located to the Human Information Processing Laboratory (HIP Lab; https://research.tuni.fi/hiplab/). Research in the HIP Lab is targeted to investigate the perception of social information and the neural basis of its processing. The present equipment in the HIP Lab includes recording systems for EEG, EMG, ECG, and SCL, and video and eye-tracking systems for recordings from two individuals simultaneously.
