Description : The business objective of this tender is to acquire high-quality Dynamic Security Assessment (DSA) software and services, such that TenneT is able implement and operationally deploy Online DSA functionalities to mitigate the risks of the evolving power system with regards to dynamic stability. The software tool for Dynamic Security Assessment (DSA) of an electric power grid, specifically Transient Stability Assessment evaluates a power system's ability to maintain synchronism when subjected to a large disturbance, such as a fault, line outage, or sudden loss of generation. It involves analyzing the dynamic response of generators and system components during and immediately after the disturbance to ensure the system can return to a stable operating state. The tender scope includes maintenance and support regarding the software tool as well as expertise/consultancy for during the implementation/integration phase and for during the operational phase. Optionally are functionalities regarding Voltage Stability Assessment, Small Signal Stability Assessment, RMS-EMT co-simulation as well as other current or future functionalities for evaluation of a power systems dynamic behaviour beyond those described above that are beneficial to a control room operator's situational awareness and decision making. The goals of this tender are as follows: Goal 1: Procure software tooling for Online DSA, including updates, bugfixes and new versions. Goal 2: Procure support expertise to facilitate TenneT’s implementation and integration of the procured Online DSA tool. Goal 3: Procure third-line support during the Online DSA tool’s operation at TenneT. Goal 4: Procure expertise as needed for optimizing TenneT’s understanding and usage and operation of the Online DSA tool.
