The objective of this contract is to facilitate the integration of analytical data from drug checking services across Europe into the EUDA’s data collection framework, thereby enhancing its capacity for real-time monitoring, early detection, and risk communication regarding emerging psychoactive substances and drug-related threats. The EUDA is a new agency, with a broadened mandate, better equipped to strengthen the EU’s preparedness related to current and future drug problems. The EUDA will support the EU and its Member States in addressing the drug situation and will strengthen the EU’s preparedness. To achieve this, the Agency will provide services under four categories: anticipating new and future challenges (anticipate); alerting on emerging risks and drug-related threats (alert); assessing needs and available responses (respond); and evaluating and disseminating new knowledge and best practices (learn).
