Focused on developing the building’s interior design, the following key steps are planned to define and implement the interior concept. Importantly, the interior design project must be fully integrated into the detailed design of the building, under construction, to ensure cohesion between architecture and interior elements. The contract foresees the following tasks : 1) Definition of the workplace concept and strategy: establish an interior design concept that reflects the European Commission values, brand identity, and the building’s distinctive characteristics; 2) Interior design development; 3) Technical specifications definition for furniture procurement; 4) Staff onboarding during fitting in (option 1) and 5) Development of interior design manual (option 2).
