Description : EXPERIENCE CRITERIA : 40 points divided into : Proven prior experience in implementing projects in coordination with MINEDUCYT or similar activity/organism. 10 Proven experience in projects or training processes on equal opportunities, prevention of violence against women, and sexual violence in the educational environment. 20 Project management: 1. Experience in the administration and execution of cooperation projects with a focus on equal opportunities in education. 2. Previous experience in teacher training, execution, and monitoring of projects funded by international cooperation agencies. 3. Internal policies that guarantee zero harm in its interventions, fraud policies, PSEA, Safeguards, and others. 4. Responsibilities for planning and management, coordination with other programs, and sustainability. 5. Monitoring and evaluation - Proposed mechanisms and procedures for monitoring project operations. - Responsible for preparing progress reports and final evaluation. - Participation of beneficiaries in the evaluation 10 TECHNICAL PROPOSAL: 40 points The proposal clearly outlines an educational intervention strategy that is relevant to the country's context and consistent with the project's objectives and results. It describes how the expected results will be achieved. It ensures data collection for the indicator database. 30 The proposal describes how institutional coordination with MINEDUCYT will work and the technical supervision by the contracting entity to meet deliverable deadlines. 5 The work plan is in accordance with the terms of reference. 5
