The services by the original contractor that are the subject of this amendment where not included in the original procurement and have become necessary. A change in contractor is not possible due to the new tasks being fully connected with the work already (being) performed and any change would be highly inconvenient for F4E and represent a very high additional cost. The additional work does not represent 50% of the value of the original contract.
