The scheme also includes own­door 3­bedroom duplex dwellings over own­door 2­bedroom ground floor apartments. All of the 20 no. ground floor apartments are designed as Universal Design or Age­Friendly dwellings. A total of 229 no. car parking spaces are provided in a combination of on­curtilage and on­street parking through the scheme and 345 no. bicycle parking spaces.
