Main features of the procedure : Tenderers will have the following assignments: Responsible for stock of white goods and furniture in LongyearbyenIn procurement of furniture and white goods after specification of StatsbyggFakturering of the purchase of the goods will be invoiced monthly. Tenderers shall ensure that Statsbygg receives competitive prices. Tenderers are responsible for transporting the goods to/from stores and to/from stores to each individual address/residence. Tenderers must document freight costs that shall be in competitive terms. Delivery and assembly of furniture/white goods and equipment at Statsbygg ́s residences in Longyearbyen. and store furniture where it is agreed that the residence shall be rented out unfurnished Make assessments of the possibility of repairs and/or need to replace with a new Check for repairs where claims can be made on procured furniture/white goods Procurement of parts/wearing parts for white goods and furniture for repairs Disposal of soft furniture/white goods.
