Emphasis will be put on methods for project implementation and how well this is adapted to the establishment project. • Ongoing service level and support Combined responses to all requirements for the offered system labelled Service Level in column F SSA-L Annex 1 Annex 1 - Requirement and responses to completed annex 4 (Service Level with standardised compensation). Emphasis will be put on the best possible availability for the system and the best support/user support, both technically and professionally. The contracting authority will also emphasise how the tenderer works to meet future needs for support in the recruitment process. • Operation and maintenance Total response to all requirements for climate and environmental impact marked Operation and maintenance in column F SSA-L Annex 1 Annex. • Cloud Services Terms Total responses to all preferences in Annex 9. A-requirements (minimum requirements) will be assessed as fulfilled or not fulfilled. The B-requirements (assessment requirement) will be evaluated and given a point score from 0 - 10. It is not automatic in the best tenders getting a maximum score (10) on an evaluation requirement. B-requirements are prioritised in accordance with normal and important, cf. annex 1 Annex 1 the Contracting Authority ́s requirement table. Important specifies the most important requirements and normal the least important. The evaluation requirements under each sub-criteria will then be summed up. The weighting of the sub-criteria will be assessed during negotiations. After evaluating all the sub-criteria, the total evaluation for quality will be normalised so that the best tender within the quality is given 10 points. The other tenders will get points based on an assessment of how each tender appears in relation to the best tender.
