Main features of the procedure : The aim of the procurement is to enter into a framework agreement with one tenderer who can assist with graphic work and selected design assignments. Tenderers shall assist in planning, developing and implementing material, market activities and campaigns across the Contracting Authority's channels and arenas. See the attached documents for further information. The contract shall support the implementation of Vestfoldmuseene ́s visual profile and target group strategy and contribute to all communication appearing uniformly, professionally and adapted to the defined target groups. In 2022, the Contracting Authority developed a new profile and design handbook that functions as a joint management tool for visual identity throughout the entire organisation. In addition a target group strategy with personas was prepared for each museum and archive in Autumn 2023. This work has provided a solid basis for target orientated communication, clear communication goals and more effective profiling and marketing. The uniform graphical profile and target group strategy shall form the basis for the cooperation with the chosen supplier.
