Description : Weighting: The award criteria is weighted 50%.  Orientation: Tenderers shall fill in the attached price form in their cost calculations and submit it as an annex to the tender in Excel format. All fields in the attached price form marked with yellow shall be completed. Missing the price fields can cause difficulties in assessing the tender and the tender can then be rejected. All prices are in NOK, excluding VAT, including all direct or indirect expenses and duties that could be incurred in connection with the delivery. Order fees and invoice fees are to be seen as expenses. The prices shall include all costs for the customer who is included in this competition. Costs that the tenderer knows will be incurred, but that are not specifically stated in the tender, will be seen as included in the stated costs. Evaluation: When assessing the price, a hybrid model with break point 1 will be used. The attached template for the evaluation model is attached. Description : Weighting:  The award criteria is weighted 50%. The award criteria consists of three (3) sub-criteria: Sub-criteria Service is weighted 40% of this award criteria. The Guarantee sub-criteria is weighted 30% of this award criteria.  The sub-criteria Test execution is weighted 30% of this award criteria.  Orientation: Test drive: The contracting authority plans to carry out a test drive of the offered Lorry as part of the quality evaluation. The test run will take place in the evaluation phase and the tenderer will be contacted to agree on the time and place. This can be at an active facility in a relative proximity to the contracting authority ́s residence. We understand that not all vehicles are available locally with the offered lorry. It is therefore important to note that a local lorry that has an equivalent basis as the offered lorry will be accepted. This may be, for example, that a test drive vehicle does not have all the equipment included in the product requirements etc. It is about the contracting authority being able to understand, be shown functionality, as well as test the car's functions in order to get an objective and comparative quality understanding. The customer would like a product that has a good lifetime and standard and requests tenderers fill in information on the following: Warranty: - Tenderers shall state what is included and the length of the guarantee given for the product. Service:  - Tenderers are asked to state how long the service contract is included and what is included in the service contract. Tenderers are requested to fill in the attached Excel form "Tildeling kvalitet". Evaluation: This award criteria will be assessed based on the tenderer ́s description of the award criteria and the contracting authority ́s test drive based on the form "mal for test drive". A procurement assessment will be made when evaluating the described system.  For each sub-criteria, the best system will be given the highest score (10) and other solutions will be awarded a point score relative to the best solution. Scores achieved on each of the sub-criteria will be multiplied by interrelated weighting and added together. Best tenders for this award criteria shall have the highest score (10). If none of the tenderers achieve the highest score (10) by summing up the points scores for the sub-criteria, the contracting authority will add an equal percentage mark-up for all tenderers so that the best tenderer shall achieve a point score of 10. Description : The contracting authority uses the PPR ́s fourth paragraph exception, and has replaced the award criteria in accordance with the second link with climate and environmental requirements in the requirement specifications. It is considered clear that this gives a better climate and environmental effect, and this is justified below. Due to the nature of the need, zero emission alternatives do not cover the need for winter maintenance/stand-by.  The Contracting Authority requires that the lorry has the following specifications that ensure a low environmental impact:  - Minimum EURO VI.  - Tenderers are required to have an environmental management system or equivalent.  By setting a strict and absolute requirement for the delivery and the tenderer, the contracting authority considers that this will give a better climate and environmental effect than by awarding on the same or equivalent criteria.
