Main features of the procedure : The procurement is for the procurement of patient journeys on roads. In this competition, the Contracting Authority has defined four (4) different types of transport.•Small vehicles•Medium sized vehicles•Large vehicles/Minibus•Day vehicles- The procurement will be divided into two sub-contracts, but this can be changed if the Contracting Authority finds that the best solution to cover the need will be to use only one of the two solutions. Tenders can be submitted for one or both sub-contracts.  1. Sub-contract The Contracting Authority envisages a need for a total of 3 day vehicles (2-4) of the type Minibus, where at least two can take wheelchair patients, possibly one with a backup system. Day vehicles shall have a calculation place in Geilo and they shall be available on weekdays (Mondays through Fridays) for 10 hours in the period 06:00 and 19:00, based on price forms and requirement specifications. The exception is holidays that fall on these days. Day vehicles will have a fixed day price. The customer will secondarily enter into a contract that will be paid for by driven kilometres based on the price form for such a service. In this case only one contract.2.Sub-contract the Framework Agreement the Contracting Authority wants tender offers on a framework agreement for other driving beyond that covered by Sub-Contract Day Vehicles, and applies to patients who for various reasons cannot be transported in day vehicles. We would like to be able to take wheelchair patients, especially in the evenings and at weekends. As a starting point, this is to be covered by several small vehicles, medium sized cars and/or large vehicles. The service should be available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and 365 days a year. A contract will only be signed with one tenderer for this sub-contract.
